Job Title: Secretary & Admin Associate
Work Location: Bengaluru
Department: Admin Salary Range: 2.4 to 3 lakhs p.a.
Reporting To: Founder of the Company
Type of Employment: Full Time Education BA degree
Work Experience: Min.4 years work experience in any admin and secretarial services roles. Open to women or men returning to work-place after a short career gap.
Key Skills: Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Integrity and professionalism Proficiency in MS Office
Desired Candidate Profile: We are looking for an efficient, committed and enthusiastic candidate, who has strong communication skills. This person will be extremely organized, be able to manage their time well and good at prioritizing tasks, as they will be coordinating and working with several team members, across functions. If you are looking for an opportunity where you can have high exposure, learn a lot and where your contribution can have a direct impact on company growth, this is for you. This position will work directly under the founders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
2. Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
3. Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
4. File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
5. Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
6. Develop and maintain a filing system
7. Basic bank work like deposits, challans and withdrawals
8. Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
9. Make travel arrangements
10. Document expenses and hand in reports
11. Undertake occasional receptionist duties
