Job Description –Duck Creek PAS Sr. Developer Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Information systems/ Computer Science or equivalent PAS Sr. Developer will shoulder responsibility of configuration and customization for any Duck Creek Implementation. Along with hands-on deliverables, this person will be responsible to extend technical expertise and support to developers of the team. This role requires in depth understanding of Duck Creek platform and core modules in order to support core business solution. Responsibilities: • Responsible for both coding and Requirement analysis. • Strong communication skills and ability to understand and document customer needs from a business solutions perspective. • Understand and implement procedures of Code review, Estimating, Peer review, Impact Analysis, Root cause analysis, etc. • Ability to address issues in performance, scalability and manageability of solution • Provide technical and project guidance to development team members. • Communicate and enforce best practice and coding standards. • Communicate effectively to identify the needs and evaluate optimal business solutions • Work estimation, work allocation within team. Experience: • 5+ years of experience with hands-on Duck Creek development exposure • Experience on Author, Pages, Forms, Ratings, Referrals Rules, Business Rules, Transactions, Underwriting • Experience as a Manuscript Developer working on personal commercial lines • Experience on estimation • Understanding and analyzing business requirements. • Maintain and adhere to coding standards, best practices, tips and techniques. • Understanding and analyzing business requirements. • Use of the debugging tools like TRACE Monitor, TSV Debugger.
