. Role:

As a Data Analyst / Consultant, you will lead Consulting engagement with one or many work streams, playing the role of SME (Subject Matter Expert) for a Business Process or Functional area, applying business knowledge to influence solution design, and lead client pursuits from a functional point of view.
Play key role in Solutions / offering Incubation and / or contribute to generating new business opportunities for Consulting / Solution led engagements.
You will package analytical results in a business friendly manner which can be easily consumed and actioned and bring in improved ROI / Additional revenues to our clients by use of data, statistics and business logic.
Working in collaboration with senior members of the client’s organization and members of the engagement team, you will bring a high degree of broad expertise in information technology and credibility to each engagement.
You will work with tools and techniques that will help us better solve business problems for clients.
Position Activities and Tasks:

• Developing and maintaining strong client relations - developing new insights into the client’s business model and pain points, and delivering actionable, high-impact results • Supporting business development and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction during delivery

• Contributing to the thought capital through the creation of executive presentations, architecture documents and IT position papers Role Expectations:

• Understand the client’s business model and business needs

• Create the analytical problem from the stated business problem

• Should have background on Data Based Decision making, which impacts Business KPIs for a specific domain

• Identify the right data sets which influences the KPIs

• Guide the team to identify the right variables, which map to the business problem

• Help in Identifying the right techniques to use for the given analytical problem

• Ensure the validation of the models prior to deployment

• Co-ordinate with the internal and external project stakeholders and ensure high quality and on-time delivery

• Great analytical skills, attention to detail

• Exposure to analytical tool kits like SAS, SPSS, R, python, ML libraries ( Azure, Spark) will be an added advantage

• Immense confidence and ability to see things to completion

• Knowledge of Big Data Analytics trends

• Good knowledge of cloud technologies from the perspective of Analytical Solution Mandatory Functional Skills:

• Awareness of CPG/Retail domain, Insurance domain, Travel ( Airlines) domain Technical Skills Required:

• Exposure to analytical tool kits like SAS, R, Python, Ml Libraries ( Azure, Spark)

• Some bit of exposure to data analysis

• Expertise in Excel • Proficient in Microsoft Office Productivity Suite

• Exposure to SQL, PowerBI, Tableau or any visualization tools

• Exposure to Digital marketing tools and analysis will be an advantage

Soft Skills:

• Education – Masters in Business Administration from reputed B-school • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

• Support organizational activities like presales, training and coaching other BAs as you grow

• Good communication and written skills

• Good presentation skills

• Ability to work with cross functional teams like 3rd parties and customer.
