Business Banking

Through Business Banking our global network offers comprehensive support and services to businesses in the SME market. From expanding overseas to managing the cash and trade flows of an established enterprise, the Business Banking team of Relationship Managers and Product Specialists provides a range of end-to end solutions designed to help small and large businesses reach their potential.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the Business Banking team as part of the GTRF Client Services team.

Principal Responsibilities

Own, manage & service the customers end to end on all the Transaction and banking requirements including KYC Remediation adhering to FCC, AML & Sanction guidelines for the Given portfolio.
Serve them digitally, migrate to Digital and this portfolio to have least manual Transacting clients ,elevate these relationships to higher wallet share. (MONTH END UPDATE TO BE PROVIDED)
Exit relationship which pose higher risk (MONTH END UPDATE TO BE PROVIDED)
Daily 5 customer meeting (physical/ virtual) to be recorded on CME
A high level of communication/coordination skill is also required as the jobholder must interact with both clients and internal departments (i.e. Client Management)
