Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with structuring ambiguous problems and working with data to uncover insights and create appropriate presentations and story lines to influence executive selections
Experience in project management including process optimization and a familiarity with general business analytics, scripting tools, and databases
Ability to take initiative and build productive relationships and influence all levels of internal and external partners
Ability to maximize individual and team performance while maintaining an engaging working environment
