Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience working in Data Science/Analytics, with 3 years of experience in a people management role.
Experience in leading or supporting multiple projects.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, and/or fulfillment planning and execution.
Experience in project management (e.g., project plans, timelines, and costs).
Ability to navigate and influence cross-functional team stakeholders at executive levels.
Ability to work independently, collaborate, and deliver solutions.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
