1 Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms


2 Determine clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them


3 Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing


4 Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value


5 Display and market real property to possible buyers


6 Managing the records of the end-to-end interaction with the prospective insurance clients


7 Managing follow ups with the prospective client for document submission


Desired Candidate Profile


1 A graduate degree is mandatory with 1-5yrs of experience in related field


2 Excellent convincing skills to convert a cold lead to hot lead


3 Proven track of successful sales record


4 Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills


5 Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills


6 Pleasant and trustworthy


7 Fluent in Hindi & English


8 Proficient with MS Office


9 Work well in stressful situations


10 Work as per the shift timings
