1) IT user end tickets (Level 1 hardware and software support)

2) Hardware asset management

3) Software asset management

4) Report Issue Dashboard management

5) End user entry/exit management




Requirements
Required Skills :

Good knowledge of operating systems and desktop applications.
Good understanding and communication skills.
Decent knowledge of servers, networks and Computer Hardware.
