Associate Software Engineer
Operations Specialist position responsible for support of next generation cloud-based systems and services that power Gartner’s $400M worldwide Conferences business.

Have a clear understanding of all the supported systems within the IT infrastructure.
Approach should be proactive, rather than reactive.
Provide first line troubleshooting and resolutions upon initial checks, using our internal knowledge base & various other sources.
Ensure that all internal stakeholders have been properly communicated during the major incidents and critical situation.
Meet or exceed all the process requirements
Liaise with IT colleagues, Conference L1 Support team, technical support group, includes both infra and apps, and other business units as required.
Ensure all the incidents are logged, dealt with, escalated, and communicated appropriately and in a timely manner.
Accurate technical knowledgebase, documentation, policies, and processes are maintained to a high level.
Must documents all handoff notes.
At times may be required to stay long hours, when needed.
