Senior Sales Manager - Institutional Sales
What are the ongoing responsibilities of Sales Manager- Institutional Sales?
The role will be based at Kolkata location & will report to Head-Institutional Sales, India.
Responsible for driving & achieving the monthly corporate sales targets.
Market Mapping, Competition mapping in the geography assigned.
Cross sell new products and offerings, as per the launches from time to time.
Proactively identify sales prospects and do business development activities in the region.
Coordination with internal teams & various departments to accomplish the task assigned.
Make daily sales calls to develop business.
Monitor business growth regularly and maintain consistency in sourcing.
Identify and acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with tagged existing clients.
Efforts shall be to achieve assigned annual targets i.e. Gross, Net Sales, Asset growth, client activation / acquisition etc.
Monitoring of Sales Metrics and adhering to processes viz. MIS, CRM Platform - Talisma, Activities, Call Reports etc.
Work within the Compliance and Legal boundaries set by the regulatory bodies and internal framework.
