Key Responsibilities

•Design a fungible and cost-effective supply chain network in Last mile and first mile in line with business objectives and customer requirements

•Improve productivity through the development of robust and effective operational best practices and optimize infrastructure requirements for the last mile and first delivery hubs

•Work towards process mapping (value stream mapping), process modelling, network optimization and technology adoption through analytics team support

•Manage pilots and roll out new initiatives after providing training to the hub teams



Key Deliverables

•Ability to promote a culture of innovation and continuously stretching the boundaries of process excellence. Bring in expertise insights of best practices followed in the Last Mile ecosystem by other players and adapt or implement them

•Act as a subject matter expert for the business/operations working with external bodies: product, tech, ops, infra to influence decisions. Provide performance-focused leadership.
