#Responsibilities

-Facilitate whiteglove OTC block & algo trades for institutional clients
-Engage cross-functionally to understand the OTC business comprehensively
-Assist the markets team on strategic initiatives to expand bottomline potential
-Scout for liquidity from comprehensive dark pools and provide best execution to clients
-Ensure accurate trade capture and settlement
-Diagnose issues and escalate root causes to maintain execution excellence.
-Contribute to all aspects of the trading desk activities including position reconciliation, risk management, and post-trade analysis.
-Propose & implement process improvements and automation solutions.
-Potentially get involved with business owners on key projects emerging out of Asia

#Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business
-1-3 years experience in Trading/Desk Support/Financial Services/Brokerage
-Numerical inclination and strong proficiency with spreadsheet applications
-Interest in Fintech, blockchain, and digital assets
-High attention to detail and the ability to use sound judgment under pressure
-Willingness to work during US hours and/or early APAC hours
