Responsibilities:-

Your main responsibility will be to approve audiovisual projects and make legal recommendations to the content team you will be working with.

Check the videos we produce and make sure they are compliant with the platform (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok) rules and intellectual property. In constant communication with the editors and community managers, you will provide feedbacks as how to avoid demonetisation, claims, strikes without denaturing the videos.

Carry out legal and prior art searches.
Appeal intellectual property claims using your knowledge in the matter.
Participate in the continuous improvement of the Brand Safety Department.

You have Min. 1yr. of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of various social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat).
Understanding of the IP rules related to the social media platforms.
