Qualification: Graduate with MBA (Marketing)
Experience: 7 to 10 years from real Estate industry from Sales. Excellent communication skills and pleasing personality.
• Involved in sales promotion activities & generating leads.
• Selling bungalow projects
• Team Handling
• Responsible for achieving & exceeding sales targets of the sales force
• Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with Developer/Broker for any clarification if required for that
• Achieving sales target & revenues.
• Follow up with the booked client's & ensuring collection of booking amount
• Maintaining good relationship with booked clients & getting referral leads.
• Cold calling, following up with the lead provided in CRM, ensuring the clients provided with project details through emails, direct phone calls, arranging for site visits.
• Analysing market research data to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures and to assess customer requirements and dedication.
• Customer relationship management,
• Team handling
• Achieving projected sales figure by converting the leads into business.
• Implementing sales promotional activities as part of brand building and market development effort.
• Competition watch of surrounding projects, keeping track of their status update at any point of time
