About the Position:

We are searching for reliable, highly energetic Management Trainees to join our growing
organization. The management trainee's responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, which may include, performing duties in different departments, gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to handle customer interactions, attending meetings and workshops, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation.

Candidates having eCommerce or Technical background will be preferred. Along with full time management trainee profiles, we are also open to hiring top interns from engineering or business schools. Upon completion of a mandatory training program, candidates will be provided with below opportunities basis interest and skill set fitment:

HR Recruiter:

Preparing Job Descriptions for different profiles.
Sourcing and screening resumes from different job portals.
Aligning candidate interviews with the respective hiring managers.

Product Support specialists
Identifying customer requirements and helping them use specific features.
Analyze and report any problems with the product functionalities.
Gather customer feedback and share it with the team.

Market Research Analysts:

Use online market research and catalog findings to databases.
Identify market trends, new business/pricing models and sales methods
Should have strong networking skills and analytical skills.
Sales Development Representatives:
Developing Sales strategies to draw in potential buyers.
Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs.
Cold calling or responding to enquiries generated by advertisements.
Business Analyst:

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Documenting the product requirements.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

Business Development & Alliances:

Conducting background research on competitors, countries, projects, donor priorities and funding, and other BD specific information.
Contributing to the development and maintenance of the BD Department’s databases and filing systems
Contributing to quality of written content including proofreading, formatting, and editing documents.
Rounds of Interview (typically takes around 3 days):

Round 1: Aptitude test
Round 2: Group Discussion
Round 3: Telephonic Interview
