We're seeking for Flight Support / Task List Executive who have excellent communication skills and zeal to go extra miles to serve the customers
Knowledge -international/domestic travel voice process
Knowledge of world map & geography will be required.
Be enthusiastic & have zeal to perform.
Be flexible to work in 24*7 rotational shifts days working environment.
Candidates should be able to join ASAP.
Excellent communication skills required.
Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the voice-based phone service.
Support customers across Telecommunication/E- mail/Chat, Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
Freshers with good communication skills will work candidates will work.
Freshers from travel domain with good communication skills
Experienced customer support candidates in travel domain
Ready to work in rotational shifts (No Night Shifts for females)
