Job description:
• Provides strategic inputs and analytical support by constantly monitoring key benchmarks, through periodic dashboards and weekly calls with the Leadership team
• Drafts strategic reports and prepares presentations for top management review
• Prepares and maintains critical dashboards for management review by effectively collecting data from all stakeholders and publishing the same periodically
• Partners effectively with the internal stakeholders like finance, legal, marketing etc. team to accurately report progress
• Drives initiatives and projects on behalf of the MD’s office
• Plans and executes action items proactively and independently to ensure desired outcome
• Builds cross-functional synergies with all directs and functional heads to collaboratively complete projects successfully and timely.
• Prior P&L responsibility would be a plus,
