#Your Role:
●Planning and executing promotional campaigns, to affect metrics like activation, retention, and conversion
●Enabling product, analytics and content team to drive experimentation across communication channels
●Owning MIS for the business function and drives learnings for the same
●Monitor and report impact and adoption metrics after launching new features.
●Conducting user research to identify user needs and market gaps

#Qualifiers
●2+ years of prior work experience with a keen interest in operations
●Comfortable with SQL and excel with an eye for business metrics
