5) The concerned Manager will handle projects that contribute to the company’s success.
6) These projects represent opportunities for the organization to develop new products, troubleshoot problems or launch initiatives designed to reduce operational costs, increase profit etc.
7) Lead cross-functional discussions with CX/BD/Ops/Finance/Data Science/Tech to execute projects
8) Regularly analyze & updates the portfolio to ensure that work aligns to strategic decisions
9) By evaluating project flow, publishing reports and conducting review meetings to keep projects/initiatives on track, the person enables the organization to prioritize its work
