CSS Corp is hiring freshers and experienced for technical and customer support process.
Work Location: AMBIT IT Park – Ambattur Chennai (Due to Pandemic it is WFH Until further notice from organization).
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and technical skill on OS installation, VM ware, Blue screen error, Black screen error, Printer Installation, Basic Networking, DNS.
Multitasking and coordination skills.
Capacity to clearly explain a technical problem to a customer.
Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.
Logical thinking, problem-solving skills; Practical approach on troubleshooting and understanding a reported issue.
Experience: Freshers/Experienced
Qualification: Any Graduation
