#About the Role:
-We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team. This is a crucial role that will be challenged with the creation and curation of the Crowdstrike knowledge base.

#What You'll Do:
-Write concise and clear articles suitable for Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodologies, ensuring that information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences.
-Edit and refine existing articles to improve clarity, organization, and grammar, ensuring a polished and professional tone.
-Demonstrate self-motivation and proactively identify areas where knowledge articles can be created or updated to improve customer support and reduce ticket resolution time.
-Collaborate with subject matter experts, support teams, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.
-Engage with the support community and solicit feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop content that meets the needs of users.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and new features to incorporate them into knowledge articles.
-Curate a consistent and organized knowledge repository, adhering to content management standards and best practices.

#What You'll Need:
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as communication, education or information technology OR equivalent experience.
-Proven experience as a program director or manager in a similar role.
-Excellent leadership, management and organizational skills.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
-Proficient in using various tools and platforms for creating, managing and delivering support content.
-Knowledgeable about current trends and best practices in customer service and support.
-Passionate about providing exceptional customer experience.
