Bachelor’s degree required. Graduate degree in a field related to public policy, economics, or equivalent work experience preferred.
Ability to translate analyses into written products for both narrow and broad audiences
Demonstrated interest in policy issues related to technology, blockchain etc.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent work ethic matched by openness to feedback and collaboration
Inclined to think independently and challenge conventional wisdom in crypto-currency policy
Experience using statistical software such as R, Stata, Tableau, Excel, etc will be preferred.
