**Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct research and analysis on the crypto market, including market trends, news, and developments.
-Monitor and analyze market movements and identify trading opportunities.
-Gather data from various sources, including market reports, news articles, and social media platforms.
-Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to the team.
-Communicate research findings and trade analysis to team members and other stakeholders.
-Assist in the development of new products and services based on research findings by cross-collaborating with other departments.
-Track success of research based technical calls and change strategies to improve the success ratio.
-Maintain a scorecard of hits and misses for technical targets based on opportunities identified
-Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to implement better reporting of data

**Requirements:
-Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, CA or related fields from reputable institutes. MBA preferable but not necessary.
-Candidates with hands-on knowledge of trading in crypto markets using logical Technical Analysis, top-down, sectoral & other strategies with risk management will be preferred.
-Basic understanding of crypto markets and On-chan analysis.
-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Should have a statistical inclination
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
