Roles and Responsibilities:



Monitors and manages scope and schedule to ensure the project stays on track for assigned client projects. Drives implementations of high-quality solutions.
Adherence to contractual commitments as agreed in MSA, SOW
Conducting project reviews and creating detailed status reports & managing day-to-day project progress
Responsible and accountable for end-to-end solution delivery.
Interact with the client, filter their requirements, and work with the team to deliver them.
Encouraging regular iteration on deliverables.
Ensuring the regular delivery of projects per Agile methodologies.
Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members.
Managing the team and their deliverables.
Accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
