Qualification: B E - Civil graduates are preferred.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in quality control in construction projects or Real Estate companies.
To ensure implementation of QA/QC management system at site and verify that the quality-related construction activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
To Monitor an efficient system and record activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work is according to quality specifications.
To Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
To Identify the quality-related issues, raise it with concerned Project Managers, and work out for the resolution.
To Conduct weekly QC meetings with all Engineers/Supervisors.
To Prepare reports and other documents for internal quality control,
To ensure that work is carried out to meet quality standards specification/requirements at the project site.
