Job Description
Artwork flow is looking for a skilled Visual Designer to join our team on a consultancy basis. As a Visual Design Freelancer, you will collaborate with our content and marketing team to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions. This is a full-time position, working five days a week (7-8 hours per day), either remotely or at our office.



Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the content and marketing team to understand their design requirements and objectives.

Develop and implement visual design that aligns with the brand guidelines.

Create visually appealing and engaging designs for various mediums including print and digital.

Produce high quality design deliverables, such as web page graphics, banners, ads, infographics, logos, and brochures.

Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate project progress to the stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, content writers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive and consistent design outputs.



Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of graphic design experience

Skilled at Adobe Creative Suite.

Knowledge of Figma is a bonus

Strong communication and collaboration skills



Ideal candidate profile:
You have a portfolio that demonstrates experience in design and branding for SaaS platforms

Have hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software

Strong collaboration skills to liaise with the marketing team and prioritize between a multitude of projects

Skills Required
Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After-effects) Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and layout. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
