JOB DESCRIPTION : STORE ALLIANCE MANAGER

PREFERABLE CANDIDATE ONLY FROM FMCG SALES

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Acquiring new potential Kirana customers through
team in the assigned geography.
• Handling a team of 7-8 members
• Organize all requirements to achieve the set goals
and allocate responsibilities to personnel
• Supervise and guide staff towards maximum
performance
• Prepare and control the sales and customer target
and monitor team's efficiency and drive maximum productivity from each member
• Monitor stock levels ensure driving both KVI and
Non KVI assortment
• Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the
store’s reputation
• Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need
for improvements in the sales pitch
• Analyse sales reports and make forecasts
• Market visits with the team to ensure strong
relationship with the customer base
