●Preventive checks / routine maintenance of the Submarine cable system like analyzing the submersible plant performance and Quality factor performance of the DWDM optical Channels of the system
●Network Alarm monitoring, timely notification and raising Trouble Ticket
●Resolving TTs as per timelines.
●Timely notification, impact list preparation
●Preparing MOPs for all the planned activities
●Provisioning of the circuits as per the Work Orders in stipulated time
●Having the experience in handling the Submarine cable power feeding (PFE) system
●Effective co-ordination with Suppliers for resolution of issues.
●Effective co-ordination with Submarine NOCS, ITMC and Cable landing and Terminal Stations.
●Escalations as per processes.
●Ensure 100% process compliance to agreed SLA’s for Service Assurance and Service delivery.
●Good Communication Skills.
