Responsible for performing static data update in systems for various asset classes like Options, Futures, Straight Bonds, Convertible Bonds, Equity Linked Notes, Commercial Paper, Certificate of Deposits, Municipal Bonds, Government Bonds, GILTS, Common Stock, Preference Stock, Swaps, Index Options etc. and various other asset classes
Hands on experience on usage of vendor systems like Bloomberg, Reuters & DataStrea
Understanding client requirement for setup of various securities on system, updating various price quotes and corporate action details on application.
Reading and understanding procedure documents and strictly adheres to procedures when handling static data requests.
Escalate key issues to the relevant people, be able to meet deadlines and attain agreed standards within the area of responsibility as outlined in their performance contract, work proactively with onshore teams.
The candidate will assist the team manager in defining and implementing new processes and will be proactive in driving efficiencies across the business.
