o Work with global development teams and business partners across USA, UK, Europe and Asia Pacific Capture and translate business / functional requirements for banking, trading, markets
o Good at problem solving and quantitative skills
o Design and architect solutions based on requirements or based on your innovative ideas
o Develop software in agile and iterative cycles using continuous improvement tools and techniques
o Automate the process steps
o Test software using test driven development and embedded QA teams
o Identify, escalate, and resolve incidents and issues
o Attention to detail and strong work ethic
o Good written and verbal communications skills with good positive attitude
o High maturity and ability to work with limited supervision
o Participate in innovation programs, developer forums, Hackathons

o Document functional and operational impacts to associates and customers
o Assist in completion and documentation of designs (functional and technical)
o Provide expert knowledge on assigned application(s), functionality and associate/customer processes
o Develop expert knowledge on business processes, rules, and regulations
o Document the interaction of data, functions and business processes for selected functionality
o Prepare analysis schedule
o Conduct the feasibility study of the current system
o Track issues / reporting
