Work as an integral part of the account management team and assist the team in managing digital accounts.
Follow-up with clients for the closure of billing, payments & other necessary activities.
Raise invoices for the concerned departments as per the requirement.
Skill(s) required: MS-Excel, Client Relationship, English Proficiency (Spoken), English Proficiency (Written, MS-Office, MS-PowerPoint, Operations.
0-1 year of work experience in handling operations, working on excel.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs (preferable).
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Team player, proactive, results and goal-oriented.
