Leadership – Delivery Management:


§ Responsible for managing the delivery of the technology solution of a business increment and the flow and continual delivery of the program or value stream producing it in the shortest cycle time


§ Interacting with the Business Solutions Group to assure the right work is being done at the right time to achieve the Business Value objective; this includes: prioritization, sequencing, decomposition, addressing impediments and cross-impacts


§ Collaborate with the Business Solutions Group to identify business requirement and coordinate with IT Delivery team to deliver those requirement.


§ Coordinating with Program Management team to own the assign task, solution designing, fit-gap-analysis, assign task to Dev partner and plan for delivery


§ Partner with the other application development teams to front to back solutions that benefits the business


§ Experience in participating and running multiple projects, review user journeys and measure the improvement areas in tech solutions. Stakeholder management, Internal team relationship development and external vendor management
