Primary Functions & Responsibilities
1. Represents our company, with a comprehensive understanding of Secured Loans.
2. Sources business of Mortgage products and implements strategies to enhance market penetration and business volumes through DSA’s / Direct
3. Recruits DSA’s, assisting them in achieving their targets and driving them towards company goals.
4. Responsible for origination of Loan Proposals (Secured).
5. Responsible for evaluating the proposal in line with Company Credit Policy
6. Responsible for logging in Positive Proposals in the System
7. Engages with relevant authorities and departments for case approvals, escalating the case wherever required.
8. Engages with Credit, Operations & Client for Effective & Smooth Case Closure.
9. Provides regular service to the customers taking care of their future needs.
10. Assist s Risk and Credit Teams in Portfolio Risk Management.
11. Achieves growth and hits Monthly, Quarterly and Annual targets assigned by managing the sales team.
12. Manages Channel Partners and other external stakeholders.
13. Designs and implements a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
14. Owns recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
15. Builds and promotes strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
16. Presents sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
17. Identifies emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
