Job Summary - Ninjacart Growth Logistics is seeking a skilled and experienced Cluster Head to join our team. As a Cluster Head, you will act as a Local Logistics Coordinator responsible for managing and coordinating logistics operations within a specific region. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations while booking vehicles and fostering strong relationships on behalf of Ninjacart with local transport partners.

Responsibilities:

Local Transport Network: Utilize your existing connections and experience in the logistics space to establish and maintain relationships with local transport partners. Leverage these connections to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation services.
Vehicle Bookings and Coordination: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of vehicle booking processes, particularly in the FnV sector. Efficiently coordinate and schedule the transportation of goods, considering factors such as vehicle capacity, delivery routes, and timeliness.
Data Management: Utilize MS Excel and MS Word proficiently to manage logistics-related data, including inventory records, transportation schedules, and performance metrics.
Communication and Negotiation: Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with transport partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Collaborate closely with all teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of goods.
Local Travel: Be willing to travel locally as required to oversee transportation operations and build relationships with transport partners.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Prior experience in the logistics industry, with a focus on transportation and supply chain management.
2. Familiarity with the local logistics landscape, including knowledge of key transport partners and their capabilities.
3. Strong understanding of vehicle booking processes, particularly in the FnV sector
4. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for data management, analysis, and reporting.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
7. Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and operational requirements.
8. Fluency in the local language with proficiency in English or hindi as a secondary language.
