Job Description:
We are looking for a Service Enablement Team lead who will perform work on Enablement projects related to Employee Training, On-boarding, Training content Management etc. The Service Enablement Team Lead will also help with coordinating with subject matter experts to conduct product and technical training sessions and incorporate the same as content for self-study training programmes.
Responsibilities:
Build and Manage the New Hire On-boarding program for different roles and departments. Plan and build learning paths for employees based on their current role, growth options, required skill-set etc.
Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering Department, QA Teams, Subject Matter Experts to schedule Training sessions on New Product, Product Upgrades, Feature release, Forum Discussion, Service Skills, Soft Skills etc.
Invite relevant Audience to the training sessions, record the sessions when required and convert them into online training courses.
Build various Dashboards and Reports around Training Progress, Completion Status etc to share with the leadership on a regular basis.
Help our Service Teams with TNI and create the required content.
Manage the Training content in LMS and keep it up-to-date.
Become a Zscaler cloud services expert through self-study, company training, and a desire to excel, to ensure you can better apply this knowledge to quality improvement
Limited travel – typically only for company training or meetings
Hours – Weekday shift work, shift may vary during training of teams
Other duties or projects, as assigned
