Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Configure computer hardware and software, as well as troubleshoot related problems.
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Wireless Networking (client side), MS Teams Telephony
IOS, Samsung MDM configuration support
Knowledge and experience with PC desktop support functions relative to domain connectivity.
Installation and configuration of OS and business application software (i.e. MS Windows 10 / Office 365, Outlook, Internet Explorer, DLP, Backup tools, etc
Technical Support tools / Imaging: VNC, VPN / SCCM
MacBook configuration, support.
Proficiency in VC / AV hardware configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of board meeting rooms.
Web conferencing applications support – zoom, skype, WebEx, MS Teams
Experience in troubleshooting various forms of software problems (e.g. operating system and application programs)
Complete some administrative tasks, such as initiating hardware repairs, assisting with organizational efforts and asset management;
IT projects as assigned.
