Job Description:
Hey there! This is a rather unconventional business on a supremely conventional website but if you've got the following, we'd love getting to know you:
The ability to actively search for people with interesting stories to bring to onboard them for interviews for the podcast.
The ability to communicate with new people, making them comfortable in sharing their story.
The knack of being good at creatives (social media posts, graphic designing, Instagram reel-making, etc.) to market each episode.
The relentlessness to always be on the witch-hunt to get sponsors onboard for each episode.
The skill of content writing for social media posts, biweekly newsletters, blogs and website will be necessary.
The entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to certain creative issues; how to get through to the target audience, discussing strategies in order for the podcast to grow.
We, at Zed Medium, have a rather fun way of working which means that no idea is ignored and no suggestions are thrown out without examining them closely. It is a startup and if you like working towards something big, then this is for you!
It is remote job, you'll have to bring in your own device, we have semi-flexible work timings (there are some hours where everyone needs to stay online for ease of communication) and contribution to the thought process will be imperative.
We are building something new, while having fun with it!
