We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Telesales Executive, who will be patient, empathetic, and communicative. They would act as a liaison, provide service information to our customers and resolve any queries our customers may have with efficiency and accuracy.
Your work will require you to:
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or service using scripts
Answering questions about products or the company
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Expected Skill Sets
Should have worked in the sales team for at least 1 year.
Excellent communication skills.
Good with time management and multitasking.
