Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
Updating and posting our social media accounts on various platforms on a regular basis
Coordination with a content writer, graphic designer, and internal agronomist for the creation of the post.
Plan social media calendar
Work on paid campaigns, running, optimization and reporting
Develop a daily/ weekly dashboard on the performance of campaigns including spend, clicks, conversions, CAC, and other metrics for all marketing channels
Managing organic growth and engagement on the social media channel and YouTube channel.
Online reputation management and brand communication
Plan and work with the content team for articles and blogs for the website and app.
Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools
Analyse competitor activity
Optimize keywords across search engine platforms and social media.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Great understanding of all major social media platforms
• Familiarity with basics of social media such as viral posts, algorithms, tags, hashtags etc
• Ability to multitask, take initiative and absorb information quickly
• Hungry to learn and grow in a start-up
