The Waterproofing Technologist will provide frontline technical support for the sale and application of waterproofing products across assigned geographies.
The role focuses on product training, technical briefings, application quality, and complaint handling.
The technologist will support frontline sales teams by creating awareness about waterproofing product features and selling points.
Responsibilities include training painting applicators, masons, civil contractors, and other waterproofing professionals.
The role will provide on-site technical support to key contractors and help resolve product warranty and customer complaints.
The position will support market intelligence, product trials, and competitive product evaluation.
Candidates should have strong communication, MS Excel, technical training, and customer handling skills.
