Job Description:
Provide guidance in the associate experience journey by anticipating business needs and potential gap areas to augment associate experiences
Drive the execution of projects and special initiatives by adhering to project requirements and processes to create project work/action plans, project charters, and business requirements
Demonstrate and apply a basic understanding of people practices and principles to business problems
Apply judgment with data by gathering data, information, and content in a digital environment and interpreting appropriately
Collaborates with cross-functional teams by creating alignment among team members, businesses, and project stakeholders
Organize thoughts and communicates confidently, credibly, and concisely within scope of work in multiple different forms and tailoring messaging based on the audience and content
You will work directly with a Director who will also be your mentor & guide
Location will be Bangalore, Chennai or Gurgaon.
