Job Description:
setting up system and Process for Accounting in line with Accounting standard and periodic closure of books. ● Handling of Statuary audits with company auditors, Tax audits (Direct and Indirect), Internal audits and any Due Diligence audit conducted by Investors. ● Present financial statement of company on a periodic basis to the Leadership team and BOD. ● provide insightful information and explanation to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making. ● Tax compliance (Direct Tax) which will cover Liaising with Tax authorities and govt bodies, and/or external consultants, filling of returns, payment, litigation etc. ● setting up of Internal financial Controls for the company and Ensuring the compliance for same. ● Supporting in cash flow planning, Banking and Treasury operations. ● working with CFO on building Strong finance team in the company. ● Work with CFO and Leadership team in special projects like ERP implementation etc. CA with 1 – 6 yrs of experience in Accounts and Finance or Audit. ● Article Ship from top 10 audit firms (preferably big 4) ● Excellent knowledge of Taxation regime and Indian GAAP
