Lead Generation B2B (Specialist/ Senior Specialist /Assistant Manager)

Experience : 2-4 years
Salary Package : 4 LPA – 6 LPA

Job description

Job Responsibility:
• To plan, implement and deliver activity across various digital marketing channels to generate quality b2b leads.
• To lead digital advertising activity at all stages of the across multiple online channels including linkedin, AdWords, and other b2b channels.
• Good understanding of the customer journey and Customer Rate Optimisation (CRO) and deliver a seamless online experience for customers and strategic partners alike.
• Analyse channel performance on a regular basis including reporting and spotting opportunities to improve on ROI.
• To work with wider teams to ensure digital content and tone voice is on brand ensuring its optimised for SEO purposes to generate relevant traffic.
• To lead SEO best practice and regularly reviewing keyword and phrase relevance, ensuring both on and offsite SEO delivers consistent growth in relevant, quality traffic.
• Researching & sourcing new lead generation platform.
• Should be a good listener and possess excellent patience level to deal queries.
• Must be able to come up with your own marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Generate demand through outbound emails, LinkedIn messages and cold calls


Desired Candidate Profile
• Successful track record in delivering leads through digital channels, especially B2b leads.
• Highly articulate and able to influence in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience in a lead generation background is desirable.
• Analytical approach with a strong ability for analysing data and visitor statistics.
• Prior experience with lead generation and CRM tools is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing and friendly; able to quickly build professional rapport with individuals through various communications channels such as telephone and email.
• Sales-oriented and goal-oriented, self-starting and able to work without constant supervision.
• Proven ability to get results and meet commitments.
• Ability to work individually and in a team.
• Previous experience selling intangibles a plus.
• College degree (in field) required.
