Job Description:
Bench Sales Recruiter - Night Shift (6 PM to 4 AM IST)
Responsibilities and Experience Required:
Should have 2+ years of experience in Bench Sales (US IT Staffing)
Experience in recruiting US citizens/GC/GC EAD/ H4 EAD hiring's with effective hands-on experience on various job boards
Sourcing the relevant profiles Line up and screen from the various job portals as per the requirements.
Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for prime vendors in the USA
Maintaining an active database of IT candidates.
Strong experience in hiring US Citizen/GC/GC EAD/ H4 EAD candidates from Job portals and other platforms.
Develop Tier1/Implementing Partners network place in minimal turnaround time
End-to-end cycle of Bench Sales starting from submitting profiles, rate negotiations, and follow-ups till onboarding on projects.
Working knowledge of Job Portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and social media Platforms.
Has excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
