Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate R&D data backbone digital tool changes by speaking to Business groups and ensure they do not impact the future fit systems, ensure right first-time data, regulatory compliances, sustainability commitments, and any other downstream business systems
Liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to evaluate changes to the digital systems, document business requirements and impact
Liaise with external partners and vendors throughout the change lifecycle, to design, build, test, and deploy changes to the digital systems (Pack+ Formulation)
Validate technical solutions against their design intent and log incidents where discrepancies arise
Create training material to guide and upskill business users in the use of new/modified systems
Support user groups within the Unilever business with the day-to-day use of the Digital systems like AWS and PLM
Changes on RnD Data backbone platforms (SAP PLM + Pack Tools): Ensure that the committed Changes are delivered in Full on Time with good quality
Prioritization: Set up a framework to prioritize the multiple change requests on various platform and manage user expectations
Qualification: Any Graduation
