Job Description:
As a CRM Engineer you will be responsible for enabling and performing effective application development, improving the Truecaller service/app and for the Android platform.
This person will be deeply involved in the product development cycle (CRM-specific), from idea generation to delivery.
CRM is part of a larger Strategy team, which consists of Brand, Marketing, PR, Business Development, and Public Policy.
This role has a creative side to it as well, as CRM-efforts push the boundaries through content, format, presentation, and localization.
The global aspirations of this team depends on our ability to innovate on the technical side as well. We need to connect (communicate) with the right users, at the right time, in the right manner, every time!
This role is critical to that aspiration and requires a deep appreciation about User Experience.
What will you work on:
Write simple, understandable, testable, and effective code with a focus on technical stability and great user experience.
Perform complex product/environment debugging and remediation
CRM-communication channels performance depends heavily on technology and the scale at which we communicate.
As part of the Strategy team, the ideal candidate should be able to coordinate and collaborate with multiple engineering/product teams (internal and external) to find solutions and drive roll outs/fixes.
Drive technical improvement by applying software craftsmanship in everyday work, by identifying and executing larger refactoring/improvement initiatives.
