Correspond or solve requests and issues raised from Customer regarding Citrix Products by Phone and E-mail. Create web contents for frequently asked questions to improve customer satisfaction. Need skill to search previous examples, gather information, and ability to do decision making .Understanding of virtual products, Windows Server, Linux Products, and Network preferrable?
Structure recreate environment, workaround plan
Experience in Technical support to Enterprise is preferrable
English reading ability is a must since most of the documents are in English
Will cooperate with Sales’ requests and escalation.
