Job Description:
About the Role:
Manage a team of Security Research professionals responsible for ensuring minimal false positive detections with Trellix products
Manage members of the team, potentially located in multiple regions worldwide
Develop a high performing team providing industry-leading Clean File Security Research
Identify improvements to automation and processes to reduce manual effort and increase automated clean file categorization
Produce detailed reports and metrics to be used for efficacy improvements
Identify patterns / anomalies in data sets
Identify new content feeds for automation
Evaluate rules for automation
Automate daily operational tasks
Take responsibility for updating team members skills and ensuring their continued technical growth
Interact effectively with other team members and Mangers, actively support both team and company direction
Able to effectively multi-task, accepting changing direction in a fast-moving threat landscape
About You:
2 or more years of Managerial experience in cyber security
Degree in Computer Science / Data Analysis / Cyber Security or equivalent industry experience
Customer centric with at least 2 years previous Managerial experience in customer facing environment
Good background knowledge in Security Research
Familiarity with PYTHON, JS, HTML or other programming languages would be advantageous
Previous experience with interacting with a team on a global level to ensure smooth operations
Willingness to work flexible hours
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to produce detailed reports for efficacy improvements
