Job Description:
The Trainer will be responsible for identifying training needs, conducting training programs, and providing academic and capacity-building support for the Quality Support Program (QSP) in coordination with the state team. The role focuses on strengthening teachers, school leaders, and academic mentors through effective training, mentoring, and continuous academic support.
The candidate will conduct training needs assessments at the state, district, and block levels and identify gaps based on feedback from Project Heads, Project Coordinators, and Regional Heads. Based on these findings, the Trainer will propose appropriate solutions and action plans in consultation with the Senior Manager – Training or Head of Training & Capacity Building.
