- Responsible for handling sales escalations (complaints)
- Support sales performance via tasks outlined in job description

- Join and contribute to daily calls with outsourced contact centre, and occasionally stand in for Sales Manager when they are unavailable
- Spend regular time on site at our outsourced contact centre in Bangalore to support and drive sales and quality performance
